How long will it take for my order to be shipped out?

We aim to ship out within 1–5 days. If you choose next-day delivery, then we aim to ship out within 24 hours since you place your order.

If I pick individual flowers, will you help me to wrap them into a bouquet?

Yes! If we receive orders buying more than one flower, then we will wrap them into a bouquet by default.

Do you provide free shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders over £40. Next-day delivery is available for £5 (we cover part of the delivery cost). For orders under £40, standard delivery costs £3.70.

Could I choose a different style of wrapping paper/ribbon?

Yes, you could! We provide different styles of wrapping papers or ribbons in our shop. All you need to do is add them into your cart and check out with your flowers.

Do you provide return/ refund?

Yes, we offer a refund if the customer returns the product(s) within 14 days after receiving the product(s), but the product(s) MUST be in a re-saleable condition (not used or damaged, including flower wrapping and other packaging), otherwise we will reject the refund request. The consumer is responsible for the cost of returning the item back to us. We kindly ask for the item to be sent back with a tracked and signed service to avoid any potential lost items. To start a return, simply email us at petalpearlgarden@gmail.com with your order number and we will guide you through the next steps! In the unlikely event of your item arriving damaged, please contact us within 7 days and one of the team will swiftly cater to the issue!

When will you attend the market?

We usually attend the market every Saturday. During winter (after Christmas), we operate on Saturdays only. When the weather is warmer or during peak seasons such as Christmas and Valentine’s Day, we may attend up to four days per week (Wednesday to Saturday). Stay tuned to our Instagram for weekly updates, which will be shared in our bio.

Are all crochet products handmade?

Yes! All of our crochet products are handmade!

Do you accept personalised design service?

Yes! We offer made-to-order personalised bouquets. Simply share your theme or reference photos, and we’ll create a bouquet just for you. Each bouquet takes approximately 15–20 days to make, depending on demand and workload, as we also attend weekly markets. To get started, please submit your request through our Custom Bouquet page, email us at petalpearlgarden@gmail.com, or DM us on Instagram with your inspiration or reference images.

Can I buy a bouquet and ship it to someone else’s address?

Absolutely! You can also change the wrapping style by adding different ribbons and wrapping designs.

If I buy a bouquet as a gift, could you write a message to the receiver?

Yes, we can! We offer a range of cards, including Happy Birthday, Valentine’s, and Thank You cards. Simply add your chosen card(s) to your cart. After checkout, please DM us on Instagram or email us (petalpearlgarden@gmail.com) with the message you would like written on the card. Kindly contact us within 1 hour, as your bouquet may already be packed or shipped. If no message is received, a blank card will be included by default (most cards still feature ‘Happy Birthday’ or ‘Thank You’ on the cover). Please note that there is a word limit due to the card size.
